    Department of Finance & Accounts

    The Institute is fully funded by the Department of Disability Affairs, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India. Accounts Department of the Institute keeps the records of the financial Transactions of the Institute. Pay Roll and day to day Accounts are maintained through software. The Department keeps the records of Grant in Aid received from the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India and the utilization of the same. This Department discharges a pivotal role in monitoring the financial transactions as per the laid down procedure of GFR and other guidelines issued by the Government of India. Compilation of Annual Accounts within the time frame and get the Accounts Audited by Comptroller & Auditor General of India is also an important function of the Department.

    The annual report and audited account for the Institute has been prepared every year and laid before both the houses of parliament.
