43 year old Shri R. Sahu is an orthopaedically handicapped with 80 per cent disability. He prepares the pay bills of all the employees of the institute independently. He is sincere, hard working, pains taking and takes keen interest in the job allotted to him. His relationship with his fellow employees is excellent and productivity is rated equally good in comparison to that of his able bodied employees .
